Day 1: Bali Mountain Retreat
Meals: Dinner
Itinerary: On the first day of the tour, guests will arrive at Denpasar Airport where they will be met and transferred to the Bali Mountain Retreat to receive their first traditional Balinese blessing. The blessing will be followed by the first yoga and meditation session and a delicious dinner.

Day 2: Bali Mountain Retreat
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Itinerary: On the second day, guests will start with their early morning yoga and meditation followed by breakfast and a guided trek into the nearby farmlands. Along the way guests will see the lush, green rice paddies and traditional villages that surround our little mountain oasis. In the afternoon, guests will be able to relax and continue to unwind after their long journey. Yoga and meditation will be offered again in the evening before our delicious dinner.

Day 3: Bali Mountain Retreat
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Itinerary: After breakfast and yoga this morning, guests will be split into two groups. The first group will cycle down to the coast to enjoy a morning on the beach while the other group participates in a cooking class to learn more about how traditional Balinese dishes are made. Everyone will reconvene for yoga and meditation in the evening.

Day 4: Bali Mountain Retreat
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Itinerary: The fourth day will start like all the others, with yoga and meditation. The rest of the day will be free for guests to spend as they please: napping, reading in a hammock, swimming in the fresh mountain springs, or even traveling to Ubud or Seminyak for a bit of shopping. In the evening, guests will enjoy a traditional Balinese Joged Bumbung Dance performance.

Day 5: Bali Mountain Retreat
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Itinerary: Today is exactly like day 3, except that the first group will participate in the cooking class, while the second group has the opportunity to cycle down to the coast.

Day 6: Bali Mountain Retreat
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Itinerary: Today will start with yoga and meditation, followed by breakfast. Afterwards, the whole group will have the chance to go out and visit a local community project — surely, an experience not to be missed!

Day 7: Bali Mountain Retreat
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Itinerary: After yoga and meditation and breakfast, guests will have the rest of the morning to pack up their things before enjoying a final lunch together and transferring to the airport to continue on to their next destination, feeling fully rejuvenated and alive! Come again soon!
