Description: On this tour, guests will journey together through a once in a lifetime experience. Traveling all the way to the Hmong village of Long Lao Mai and settling in at a private bungalow retreat, guests will have opportunities to adventure and experience cultural exchange. From trekking through the beautiful green mountains to revelling in the beauty of the Kuang Si waterfall and learning about the unique culture of Laos, guests will thoroughly enjoy this two day tour.

Day 1: Ban Nong Haeo | Long Lao Mai Village
Meals: Lunch, Dinner
Itinerary: This tour will start with a 3-4 hour trek through the mountains of northern Laos. Starting in Ban Nong Haeo, guests will hike through bamboo forests and uphill through dense jungles, experiencing breathtaking panoramas and a delicious picnic lunch along the way. Guests will arrive at Long Lao Mai village and check into their bungalow before taking a tour of the Hmong community and enjoying some time with the locals. The evening will be spent relaxing under the stars and enjoying a delicious dinner prepared by the villagers.
Overnight stay in Eco Bungalows.
Day 2: Long Lao Mai Village
Activities: Travel to Kuang Si Waterfall
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Itinerary: On the second day of the tour, guests will put on their hiking shoes and prepare themselves for another exciting hike through the wilderness! This hike will also last approximately three hours, ending at Kuang Si waterfall in the middle of the jungle. Guests will also have the opportunity to visit the Bear Rescue Center in the same area where Asiatic black bears live in a forest sanctuary protected by the non-profit organization, Free the Bears Fund. After lunch at the waterfall, guests will travel back to Luang Prabang and on to their next destination.
